Position Title: Service Manager
Pay Grade: Salary
Work Week: Service Hours
Position Summary:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the service department at Thunder City Cycle.
Engage in and assist in the sale of retail products or services.
Position Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate specific activities
• Write all service orders
• Deliver unit to customer upon completion (call to notify customer unit is done, walk them
through any work completed)
• SGI – responsible for completion, submission, and record keeping of any related paper work
• Supervise staff
• Greet customers and assist them with any service needs they may have
• Maintain sales and service records
• Resolve customer complaints and problems associated with service
• Assist customers with parts department
• Participate in a high performance team environment
Skills & Abilities Required:
- communication - mechanical knowledge
- organization - customer service orientation
- basic computer knowledge
Qualifications:
- Certification in professional service advisors. Assoc.
- Minimum of 5yrs experience in the power sports industry
- Technical knowledge of the power sports industry
Working Conditions:
