Thunder City & Kawasaki Take Racing
Seriously For 2010
Thunder City Cycle and Kawasaki Canada are pleased to announce that Max Ebenal has been awarded the opportunity of a sponsored ride to compete in the Thunder Class at 3 Flags Motor Sports Park, during the 2010 season.
This decision is the culmination of a series of interviews and competitions between 3 qualified applicants, to ultimately award the ride.
The final component was a hot lap competition on June 5th which resulted in some very encouraging times and close results. I would personally like to thank the competitors, and note that the final tally of points on the competitions was very close. My only regret is that we can't sponsor 3 bikes.
I also want to thank the PSRA for their support of this initiative, and promotion of mini road racing in Saskatchewan. I watched the AMA race last night with great pride as Brett McCormick placed in the top 10; and feel strongly that Saskatchewan can produce more world class competitors, through local partnerships such as this.
Also, Dawn Stearn will be the female rider. Congratulations to both riders!
